Turner, n.d., letter from Kennedy to Mrs Turner, 25 Dec. 1845, 3 field books of Kennedy, probably while he was assistant surveyor at Portland Bay, probate of Kennedy's will, 4 May 1849, and of Edward Henry Lane's will, 12 Mar. 1849, and portraits of A.A. Turner. Also includes an account of theatricals in Perth by Mr King Barton.

A. A. Turner was a member of an expedition headed by E. B. C. Kennedy to explore the river discovered and named Victoria by Sir Thomas Mitchell in 1846.
